The apartment we stayed in at Kaiser Karl Ferienwohnungen was incredible! It had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, including a dishwasher. We even had a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved having our own space to relax and unwind. The balcony was a bonus too, offering a great view of the surroundings. We couldn't have asked for more!
Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay at Kaiser Karl Ferienwohnungen. It was perfect for us.

The kids absolutely loved the adventure park, where they enjoyed zip-lining and climbing. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to visit Salzburg and take a day trip to the neighboring German town. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for our family.
My wife says that the playground could have been larger and had more activities for the kids.

The staff were really friendly and made us feel at home. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful forests and charming villages. It was also convenient to reach, just a short bus ride away from Salzburg. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchenette was convenient, although the restaurant downstairs was also a great option with delicious and affordable food. The parking was easy and hassle-free. it was a wonderful place to stay for a visit to the Salzburg area.
One downside was that the last bus from Salzburg was quite early in the evening, so we had to hurry a bit in our planned day. Additionally, there was no elevator in the building, which made it a bit difficult to carry our luggage up the steep stairs to the second floor.

We stayed at Kaiser Karl Ferienwohnungen for our family trip to Salzburg. The cozy accommodation was perfectly clean and the staff were kind. The breakfast had great variety and the restaurant served delicious Italian food at affordable prices. The location was convenient for exploring Salzburg by car, and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The spacious apartment had a lovely balcony with fantastic mountain views.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
